You will be responsible for maintaining wash bay pumps, general facility upkeep, and operating the skid steer during winter snow removal. The ability to organize tasks and adapt is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain functionality of wash bay pumps

• Operate and service the boiler system for heating

• Handle snow removal duties with skid steer

• Maintain cleanliness and functionality in washrooms

• Replace lights and perform various facility repairs

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight

• Forklift certification is advantageous

• Clean Class 5 driver's license required

• Prior experience in maintenance roles is beneficial
