Manager for Planet Fitness Facility

In this General Manager role, you will be pivotal in leading the gym's daily operations. Responsibilities include managing a diverse team and ensuring adherence to operational budgets. Your efforts will be key to maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving revenue goals, all while promoting the Planet Fitness brand in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hiring, training, and team development processes

• Oversee club opening and closing routines

• Address all club-related inquiries respectfully

• Ensure adherence to operational policies and standards

• Monitor payroll and scheduling effectiveness

Requirements:

• Two years of management experience preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office essential

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Strong initiative and decision-making capabilities

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
