Industrial Millwright Position at CertainTeed

Location: Redcliff

Step into a full-time Industrial Millwright role with Certain Teed Canada in Redcliff. This position focuses on machinery repairs, maintenance, and process improvements to ensure optimal production performance.

As a Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright, you will leverage your valid Alberta Journeyman Maintenance Millwright or Red Seal qualification. You should have 3-5 years of experience in an industrial setting and a solid understanding of CMMS and Maintenance SAP. Your ability to troubleshoot effectively will help minimize downtime caused by equipment breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs on plant support systems and equipment

• Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of machinery

• Fabricate customized parts through welding and cutting

• Install and align mechanical components for various machines

• Support World Class Manufacturing initiatives for improvements

Requirements:

• Alberta Journeyman Maintenance Millwright or Red Seal certified

• 3-5 years of industrial/manufacturing experience

• Able to operate both forklifts and aerial lifts

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Experience interpreting machine drawings and sketches
