Redcliff Bakery is looking for a passionate Baker. Experience as a baker is mandatory. This is a full‑time position in Redcliff.

The best suited individuals will be hardworking, flexible, friendly, reliable and have a passion for what they do. They must be able to take direction as well as work alone. The production environment is fast‑paced and warm/hot in temperature so workers must be willing to adapt and change while performing physically demanding tasks.
You must be available for early morning shifts on a full‑time basis.

Reliable transportation will be required as there is no public transit.

• Ability to listen, focus, and follow basic instruction in English
• Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production
• Knowledge of basic reading/math comprehension skills
• Willing to work until the job is complete
• Willingness to learn new skill
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Work early mornings
• Attention to detail
• Available for Full Time
• Must be located in Medicine Hat or surrounding area

• Experience working in a physically, fast paced environment
• Previous experience working in a variable shift environment

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
