Position: General Labourer for Summer Harvest

Red Rock Nursery Ltd. is hiring General Greenhouse Labourers for the Summer Harvest beginning on June 16th, 2026, near Medicine Hat, AB. This seasonal position offers training for those eager to assist in reforestation efforts.

The role involves full-time hours in June and July, with pay set at $15 per hour. Job seekers must be at least 15 years old and ready for physical tasks, including loading seedlings and box building. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in loading seedlings onto conveyor trays

• Perform various assembly line tasks, including grading

• Construct boxes for transportation of seedlings

Requirements:

• Must be detail-oriented in daily tasks

• Good hand-eye coordination essential

• Capability to lift heavy loads regularly

• Reliable transport to the site is necessary

• Ability to stand, bend, and crouch for extended durations
