Position: Field Operator at Harvest Operations Corp.
Join Harvest Operations Corp. as a Field Operator and play a pivotal role in oil production and SAGD operations. This full-time contract position offers an 8/6 shift schedule in Sedgewick, Alberta.

In this position, you will report to the Lead Operator, adhering to Harvest's policies and procedures while ensuring operational efficiency. Your technical knowledge will support field maintenance and production optimization, making an impact in a high water-cut sour oil environment. Strong mechanical skills and a commitment to safety are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

• Handle daily production activities and optimize workflows

• Manage inventory for maintenance-related equipment

• Input field data into production reporting systems

• Maintain chemical pumps and oversee housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; technical diploma preferred

• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record

• Knowledge of SCADA and production systems is an asset

• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
