You will collaborate with a skilled crushing crew to manage the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of mobile crushing and screening equipment. This position requires strong organizational skills and effective communication to meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile crushing and screening machinery

• Coordinate material flow to the crusher

• Adjust settings for optimal output quality

• Monitor daily production and equipment metrics

• Communicate with team members for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Must have skid steer operating experience

• Knowledge of the aggregates industry is essential

• Valid driver’s license is required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
