HubSpot Marketing Specialist

The Role

We’re hiring a Hub Spot Marketing Specialist to own our B2B email campaigns, from automation workflows to performance analysis and everything in between. You’ll have real ownership, direct impact, and a voice to leadership.

• End-to-end email campaigns: nurture sequences, newsletters, re-engagement, and more
• Hub Spot Marketing Hub: workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and pipeline reporting
• Lifecycle marketing journeys for prospects, clients, and candidates
• Continuous A/B testing to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
• Data-driven insights that shape messaging, targeting, and overall marketing strategy

• Are a Hub Spot Marketing Hub domain expert (#1 requirement!)
• Have experience running B2B campaigns that convert business buyers
• Can speak to your performance in data: MQLs, funnel metrics, pipeline conversion
• Are analytical by nature and relentless about performance
• Can work independently, move fast, and communicate clearly
