Working under the Wellness Manager, you will ensure that every resident receives the best possible care while managing a team of Personal Support Workers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in line with physician’s orders

• Ensure the delivery of excellent personal care

• Build rapport with residents and their families

• Supervise and guide the Personal Support Workers

• Complete assessments for new and changing resident statuses

Requirements:

• Active standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses in Alberta

• Experience in senior health or rehabilitation beneficial

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

• Commitment to an inclusive workplace

• Must pass background checks as required
