• Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care

• Complete and maintain accurate clinical assessments

• Implement and evaluate care/service plans

• Facilitate resident care conferences and documentation

• Administer treatments and medication safely

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse registration in the applicable province

• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft applications
