Position: Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse Needed
Age Care Riverview is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Medicine Hat, Alberta to provide compassionate and effective care. This part time role requires a commitment to patient-centered practices within a caring team environment.

As part of the Age Care team, you'll report to the Director of Care and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and conduct assessments. This position focuses on high-quality, ethical care, emphasizing communication and collaboration to meet the needs of residents. Your dedication will shape the supportive atmosphere our seniors deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate assessments and manage care documentation

• Develop and adjust care plans with team input

• Administer treatments and medications safely

• Facilitate resident transitions and educate families

• Oversee responses to medical emergencies and team direction

Requirements:

• Valid LPN registration in Alberta

• Experience in senior or long-term care preferred

• CPR and First Aid certification mandatory

• Skilled in electronic documentation systems

• Willing to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
