Position: Compassionate Night Licensed Practical Nurse for Resident Care
Provide critical overnight nursing care as a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse. Ensure residents’ comfort and safety while collaborating with the healthcare team during night shifts.

In this 0.7 FTE position, you will be delivering resident-centered care and supporting Health Care Aides. Your assessment and communication skills will be essential as you monitor health statuses, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate records. A strong emphasis on compassion and reliability will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care following care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as needed

• Monitor and document residents’ health status

• Respond to overnight emergencies and concerns

• Collaborate with healthcare team for continuity

Requirements:

• Current registration with provincial regulatory body

• Completion of accredited Practical Nursing program

• Current CPR/First Aid certification required

• Experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong assessment and communication skills needed
