Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating personalized care plans

• Keep comprehensive and accurate resident records

• Provide essential nursing services and monitor medication

• Mentor and guide Health Care Aides effectively

Requirements:

• Hold a degree from a recognized nursing program

• Current BC and Alberta nursing licenses required

• CPR and First Aid certification active

• Experience in a care or mental health setting

• Strong organizational and communication skills
