Key Responsibilities:

• Update resident care assessments and communicate changes

• Administer medications in line with relevant regulations

• Educate residents and families on care practices

• Manage care assignments for the nursing team

• Address resident concerns and coordinate responses

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience working with senior populations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Critical thinking and care coordination capabilities

• Valid Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening within recent six months
