Make a difference in senior care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Age Care in British Columbia. Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver outstanding, person-centered nursing.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining care plans and documentation, administering treatments, and assisting residents in transitions. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing resident evaluations
• Safely manage medications in compliance with legislation
• Support resident transitions including admissions and discharges
• Address and escalate resident/family concerns
Requirements:
• Active LPN registration in the province
• Preferred experience in gerontology or community care
• Proficient in electronic documentation
• Excellent time management abilities
• Commitment to infection prevention protocols
