Reporting to the Director of Care, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in supporting residents' health through personalized care approaches. You will conduct assessments, implement care plans, and manage medication in compliance with established policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, evaluate, and adjust resident care plans

• Manage medications and oversee care transitions

• Provide education to residents and their families on health matters

• Delegate tasks to the nursing team for efficiency

• Address and follow-up on resident and family concerns

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse registration in Alberta

• Preferred experience in gerontology or complex care

• Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities

• CPR and First Aid certification required

• Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
