Position: Licensed Practical Nurse RPN Role at AgeCare
Become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Age Care Riverview, where you'll provide dedicated nursing care to residents in a part-time role. Utilize your nursing skills in a person-centered environment focused on dignity and well-being.

Reporting to the Director of Care, you will engage actively in delivering goal-directed nursing services as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Your role will involve documenting resident care, coordinating treatment plans, and managing medications under established regulations. A compassionate approach is essential as you assist our residents in their daily care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate individual care plans for residents

• Conduct accurate resident assessments and documentation

• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications

• Address resident concerns and ensure timely resolutions

• Support infection prevention and safety initiatives

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration

• Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred

• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check required
