Become a vital part of Age Care as a Registered Nurse, focused on enriching the lives of seniors through dedicated care. Provide direct resident support and oversee medication administration.

As a Registered Nurse at Age Care, you'll report to the Director of Care and play an integral role in improving resident health and well-being. You will conduct detailed care assessments, coordinate care plans, and communicate updates effectively among team members. Fostering relationships with residents will be essential as you educate and guide them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage residents’ care assessments

• Administer medications in accordance with regulations

• Facilitate resident and family education initiatives

• Oversee and mentor Unregulated Care Providers

• Schedule and coordinate resident care assignments

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse registration in your province/state

• Experience in long-term or complex care settings

• Strong communication and critical thinking capabilities

• Proficient in clinical delegation and supervision

• Recent Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS)
