As a part-time LPN at Age Care Riverview, you will report to the Director of Care and provide compassionate nursing services that uphold residents' dignity.

Your role includes conducting assessments, implementing care plans, and assisting with resident transitions. Your expertise will ensure high-quality care while nurturing a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and maintain accurate resident assessments

• Develop and evaluate personalized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols

• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals

• Direct and delegate tasks to unregulated care providers

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse

• Experience in senior or long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• CPR and First Aid certification required

• Proficient in electronic documentation
