Hemodialysis Registered Nurse

Become an essential part of our Hemodialysis Unit team at Medicine Hat Regional Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver comprehensive patient-centered care while building nephrology expertise in a collaborative environment.

This position invites Registered Nurses to join AHS, where you'll support patients dealing with kidney disease. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure patient safety and well-being. You will engage in quality improvement initiatives and advocate for patients and their families, making a lasting impact on their healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide variety of nursing services

• Advocate for patients and families in care

• Lead initiatives for health promotion and maintenance

• Ensure safety during patient interactions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Completion of accredited nursing education program

• Eligible for registration with CRNA

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Prioritize safety and quality in patient care

• Hemodialysis and acute care experience preferred
