Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely and accurate assessments for residents

• Collaborate with the nursing team and healthcare providers

• Administer medications per policies and regulations

• Provide direct nursing care and support transitions

• Address resident and family concerns effectively

Requirements:

• Current registration as an LPN in BC

• Experience in senior care or long-term nursing preferred

• Strong communication and time management skills

• CPR and First Aid certifications required

• Ability to perform duties with integrity and ethics
