In this on-site role, you will work up to 16 hours per week, focusing on chronic conditions and medication management during standard business hours. The Infusion Nurse serves as a vital resource, performing patient assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare providers to enhance patient care experiences. Ideal candidates are committed to quality and have strong clinical experience in nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patient treatment eligibility

• Monitor patients for treatment effectiveness and safety

• Educate patients about their medications and disease management

• Manage and document patient treatment records

• Uphold clinic cleanliness and operational standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of infusion nursing experience

• Registered Nurse with active licensure

• CPR certification required, ACLS preferred

• Exemplary organizational and communication skills

• Flexibility to meet patient and team needs
