Over 12 months, you'll have the opportunity to learn alongside experienced RNs, enhancing your skills through a personalized plan. The first phase focuses on enhanced orientation, while the second allows independent practice with mentorship to guide your decisions and build confidence.

• Deliver diverse nursing services to patients

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program

• Eligible for registration with CRNA

• BCLS-HCP certification required

• Recent graduates preferred for eligibility
