At Optima Living, we are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will support residents by implementing care plans, administering medications, and providing direct nursing care. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing personal care plans for residents

• Maintain accurate records of health conditions and care needs

• Administer medications and treatments as directed

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team

• Support Health Care Aides in delivering high standards of care

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved nursing school

• Hold an active nursing license in Alberta

• Experience in residential or mental health care

• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
