Enhance resident care by becoming the Mental Health Resident Care Manager at Age Care Riverview in Medicine Hat, Alberta. This temporary, full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient-centered services in a long-term care environment.

The Resident Care Manager oversees all aspects of resident care services in accordance with provincial standards while ensuring effective collaboration with the Director of Care. You will lead a clinical team, manage care implementation, and promote practices that honor the rights and individuality of residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operation of resident care services

• Ensure compliance with provincial health standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience
