Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursing services for residents within the neighborhood

• Lead shift reports to inform health care team members

• Record significant changes in residents' conditions

• Review and process physician orders promptly

• Communicate issues regarding physician orders to leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Registration in good standing with provincial registry

• Knowledge of relevant health regulations and acts

• Background in long-term care or rehabilitation nursing
