• Quality Inspection:Perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections in accordance with ITPs, drawings, and specifications.
• Testing & Verification:Support bench and loop testing; conduct dimensional, visual, and functional checks using calibrated equipment.
• Documentation:Complete and maintain accurate inspection records and support creation of manufacturing and handover documentation.
• Traceability & Compliance:Verify material traceability and ensure products meet all customer and regulatory requirements.
• Nonconformance Management:Identify and report deviations, support root‑cause analysis, and verify corrective action effectiveness.
• Supplier Quality:Review supplier documentation and assist with corrective action follow‑up.
• Audit & Improvement:Support internal and customer audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience:1–3 years in quality control within manufacturing, repair or engineered product environments.
• Education:Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical field.
• Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic quality documentation systems and tools.
• Certification:CQI, CQT or equivalent.
• Mindset:Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and alignment with our core values.

• Safety Compliance:Strict adherence to X-Group safety policies and SOPs.
• PPE:Ability to wear required gear (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection).
• Physical Stamina:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, sitting, standing and walking.
