Become a Micro Lab Technician at Certified Group, focusing on analytical testing for food safety. This role involves sample preparation, quality control, and teamwork during night shifts.
Certified Group seeks a motivated Micro Lab Technician to enhance its laboratory team. You'll prepare samples for microbiological analysis, conduct quality control monitoring, and maintain safety standards throughout your shift.
Your role supports the mission of Food Safety Net Services while advancing lab efficiency and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct sample preparation for various microbiological tests
• Apply aseptic techniques consistently in your work
• Maintain laboratory equipment and quality assurance programs
• Monitor and inventory lab supplies accurately
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of work areas
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Preferred Associate degree in Life Science
• Prior laboratory experience of two years is beneficial
• In-depth understanding of food testing procedures
• Willingness to travel as needed
