Second Assistant Store Manager

As a Showcase Assistant Manager you will support your Store Manager in contributing to your store’s success by leading with an unwavering focus on delivering a fun and unique guest experience. You will be accountable for maximizing sales potential by coaching associates on the sales floor, setting expectations and ensuring execution. You will focus on detail in store operations and preserving Showcase’s policies and procedures.

We are looking for people who will provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling trending retail products. You will be asked to maximize store sales by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while being part of an energetic team environment.
