Work environment:
On‑site, fast‑paced. The role involves assigning sales workers, training staff, authorizing payments by cheque, resolving customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, managing inventory, and supervising workers.
Employment terms:
Permanent full‑time, 40 hours per week, starts ASAP. Shift options:  Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend . Salary:  $22.10 per hour .

Education required:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate .
Experience required:  1 year to less than 2 years .
Responsibilities   Assign sales workers to duties.
Hire and train staff or arrange for training.
Authorize payments by cheque.
Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Organize and maintain inventory.
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities   Fast‑paced environment.
Attention to detail.
Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
Ability to multitask.
Requires client focus, reliable judgment, and efficient interpersonal skills.
Qualifications   Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
1–2 years experience in retail or a similar supervisory role.
Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills.
Competency in using payment systems and inventory management.
Valid Canadian citizenship or permanent/temporary resident status; ability to work in Canada.
