Role OverviewA flexible, floor-support role created to cover peak Harvest demand at our Dunmore location. The person in this role moves between tasks as directed, helping keep parts, service, and the front counter running smoothly.
Core Responsibilities Service & Parts Support- Run parts as directed, freeing up counter staff for customer-facing work
- General shop upkeep, including sweeping and tidying work areas
- Perform basic cleaning/wipe-down of machinery when requested
- Cover the front counter to answer phones, greet walk-ins, and provide basic assistance
Comfortable multi-tasking and shifting priorities based on daily guidance
Reliable and takes direction well; willing to pitch in whenever needed
Basic customer service ability - professional, friendly phone and in-person manner
Competencies & Qualifications- Valid driver's license (Class
5) with reliable transportation to Dunmore location - Comfortable working around mechanical equipment and shop machinery
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Self-start, team-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Familiarity with basic hand tools or shop equipment preferred but not required
- Experience working a front counter or reception role preferred but not required
- Agriculture or farm background preferred
