OMNI customer Fulfillment associate

Position Summary  Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada is a great opportunity to build valuable skills in a fast‑paced retail environment. What You'll Do   Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders, including picking and assembling customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.
Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
Ensure product quality and order accuracy by selecting fresh, high‑quality products and removing damaged or unsuitable items, and completing all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
Maintain efficient and organized packing by packing totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
Balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
Follow safety, food hygiene, and quality standards by maintaining a clean and safe work area, cleaning spills promptly, using clean totes, operating equipment safely, and completing required safety checks.
Demonstrate flexibility and contribute ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)  Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.
Potential Challenges in This Role   High Task Volume in a Fast‑Paced Environment – manage overnight hours effectively, plan accordingly to stay energized and focused, and handle a fast‑paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time.
Physical Demands – perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
