As a Team Lead, you will report directly to the Store Manager, contributing to store success through impactful customer interactions. Your experience in retail will help in optimizing inventory management and maintaining visual presentation standards. This role also requires processing shipments and supporting e-commerce order fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• 2 years of retail experience preferred

• 1 year of experience as a team lead
