Position: Full-Time Child and Youth Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist youth with daily activities and personal appointments

• Implement strategies for emotional and physical well-being

• Maintain structure while supporting skill development

• Encourage community engagement and academic success

• Handle household duties and crisis situations as needed

Requirements:

• Preferred diploma or degree in a related field

• Prior experience with children in care programs

• Valid Alberta Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
