Key Responsibilities:

• Assess psychosocial needs of patients and families

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work required

• Registration with ACSW required or eligible

• At least 2 years of professional experience

• Knowledge of community support programs preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
