The Mustard Seed Society is seeking a Housing Focused Shelter Worker
- Morning in Medicine Hat. The role provides housing-focused supports to shelter guests, connecting them with internal and external resources to help them exit the shelter sustainably.
You will conduct intake, maintain daily check-ins, document interactions, and support participants toward short- and long-term housing goals. This fixed-term position runs Tue–Sat, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., reporting to Shelter Manager.
