Overview

A Typical Day:
Helping others is what we do best here. You will see the impact of your work firsthand as you inspire clients to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. You will build client relationships that grow stronger each year. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist
, you will focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients the way they would like to be scheduled
  • Help ensure all clients  needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with the team
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office
