Pride One Construction in Medina, OH, is seeking an Estimator to develop accurate construction estimates, project budgets, and preliminary schedules for multifamily residential, senior living, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, and renovation projects.
You will review drawings, specifications, and scopes, perform quantity takeoffs, coordinate with project leadership and suppliers, and help deliver competitive bids. Experience with Excel and estimating software is preferred.
