• Licensed APRN with PMHNP certification
• Minimum 2 years post-certification experience (outpatient preferred)
• Valid unrestricted nursing license in the state of practice
• Valid unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• DEA number and all required prescription licenses
• Professional liability insurance policy
• Compliance with prescription drug monitoring program regulations
• All necessary accreditations, certifications, and credentials to bill for APRN services
• Medicare and Medicaid provider status in the state of practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of medical processes and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
