This full-time, on-site Care Partner role is based in Medina, OH. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, providing personalized care, monitoring their well-being, and fostering a safe living environment. The Care Partner will also support residents with medication reminders, mobility, and building positive relationships while ensuring their comfort and dignity.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Familiarity with care practices, including medicine administration and critical care support
• Proven customer service abilities and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous caregiving experience in senior living or related fields is a plus
• First aid and CPR certification preferred
