HOURLY CATERING MANAGER TRAINING: Upon completion of the training program, this Lead Customer Service specialist working in the Catering Department will be responsible for direct customer service assisting with catered events at private locations as well as making sales calls to potential clients. This person’s primary duties will include assistance in planning the menu with the customer, coordinating the event with the kitchen, preparing the food, delivering food to the location, and finally set up and serving the catered event.

Secondary duties assume related activities as required. There will be a permanent store placement after training is completed.

Availability
: 5-days, 38-40 hours per week, must be available flexible hours and on short notice including evenings & weekends for catered events.
Personal

Qualifications:

Must have catering experience. Must be 21 with a valid drivers license.
Physical demands: Repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.

Other work considerations:
This person must be willing to travel to different Buehler's locations for training.
