Job Overview
In-Process Inspector at RICO Manufacturing, Inc.
Responsibilities- Perform quality inspections at key stages of fabrication, welding, assembly, and paint to ensure products meet specifications before moving to the next operation.
- Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, weld quality, critical dimensions, finishes, and proper component installation using drawings, measuring tools, and checklists.
- Record inspection results, document any nonconformances, and initiate corrective actions or holds as needed; ensure traceability of inspections and rework.
- Work closely with welders, assemblers, painters, and leads to identify issues early, clarify requirements, and promote right‑first‑time quality.
- Verify adherence to RICO quality standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory or industry standards throughout the production process.
