• Operate equipment requiring specialized training; perform setups, monitor equipment and adjust as needed.
• Position available on 2nd and 3rd shift.
• Perform operations safely and review equipment at the start of each shift to ensure proper working order.
• Prepare materials, notify supervision of shortages, and adjust equipment parameters per the router.
• Operate equipment as specified in the router and conduct quality checks per the control plan.
• Complete hour-by-hour boards, document issues if goals are not met, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor equipment for optimum running, notify supervision of issues, and maintain/clean equipment before and after shifts.
• Complete operator-specific preventative maintenance procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to maintain a high energy level and attention to detailed paperwork/routers.
• Motivated self-starter who can work independently and follow instructions.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain reliable attendance and work performance history.
• Physically and mentally able to perform job demands.

The salary for this role begins at $19.93 per hour (plus shift differential if applicable), potentially higher depending on experience and qualifications.
