Shift Production Leader - TPM, Safety & Lean Excellence

A leading building materials company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at their Medina plant. The role requires strong leadership to ensure a safe and efficient work environment, overseeing a team of 15-20 employees. Responsibilities include developing staff training, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a zero-incident safety culture. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 3 years of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of Lean principles.
