Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Assembly Line candidate to join our team in Medina, OH. The ideal candidate should work well with others, follow company policies and safety procedures, and accurately complete all required job duties and requirements. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembly Line Worker to support production operations. This position involves operating and monitoring filling machines, inspecting products for quality, replenishing machines with plastic bottles, packaging finished products, and preparing products for shipment.

• Operate and monitor filling machines to ensure products are filled accurately and consistently.
• Replenish filling machines with plastic bottles to maintain continuous production.
• Inspect products, bottles, caps, labels, and packaging for defects or quality issues.
• Remove damaged or defective products from the production line.
• Package finished products according to company specifications.
• Assemble, seal, label, and prepare boxes for shipment as required.
• Stack, skid, and palletize finished products safely and securely.
• Wrap and label pallets for shipping and transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production instructions, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

This position requires standing for extended periods, repetitive hand movements, bending, reaching, and lifting materials as needed. Employees must be able to safely handle plastic bottles, packaging materials, and finished products throughout the production process.
