Full time 3pm-11:30pm: 64 hours with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Up to $6000 Sign-On Bonus.

• Nurse Supervisors organize, direct, and supervise nursing personnel to provide for the general care and well-being of community members in Skilled Nursing.

• Directly supervises approximately 30 nursing staff on shift.
• Receive shift report and review 24 hour report.
• Check unit assignments and make appropriate changes for staffing as needed due to absence.
• Review labs, x-ray reports and distribute to units.
• Completes skilled assessments, monitors wounds and updates the wound report.
• Pharmacy deliveries of emergency drugs or meds as needed.
• Complete staff evaluations, counsel staff as needed.
• Oversee end-of-month medication “change-over.”
• Run PCC reports to ensure compliancy with medication administration/treatments.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be a current, unrestricted, Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio. Long Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Experience. Supervisory experience.
