Full-Time and PRN on 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am Shifts

LPNs follow Ohio State Health laws and assisted living standards and policies to provide customer-focused medical treatment and personal care services to our incredible residents.

• Provides exemplary care to each and every resident
• Assigns Nursing Assistants duties and evaluates progress of nursing assistants, resident assistants, and universal workers
• Takes and records patients’ vital signs. Dresses wounds, gives enemas, douches
• Observes patients and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment to supervisor
• Administers specified medication, orally or by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, and documents in medication administration records

Must have a current LPN license from the Ohio Board of Nursing
