Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) works with community management to provide personalized care, and gives resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
• Successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course is required, and certification must be maintained.
