Medina Meadows is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. We are a smaller, private-pay skilled nursing facility focused on quality care, strong clinical leadership, and a positive resident experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nursing professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and work alongside a supportive leadership team.

• Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the nursing department.

• Support, supervise, and mentor nursing staff to promote high standards of resident care.

• Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.

• Monitor resident care, documentation, and clinical outcomes.

• Participate in care planning, assessments, and quality assurance initiatives.

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and nursing department operations.

• Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.

• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment.

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the State of Ohio.

• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

• Knowledge of clinical regulations, documentation, and quality assurance.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• A commitment to resident-centered care and staff development.
