- Monitor and verify that all products meet Sandridge's high standards for quality, consistency, and safety
- Conduct in-process and finished product inspections for temperature, weight, appearance, and label accuracy
- Perform environmental and equipment swabbing, allergen testing, pH checks, and other lab-based tests
- Collaborate with production teams to solve issues and prevent future problems before they start
- Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and internal food safety guidelines and documentation standards
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, because if it’s not written down, it didn’t happen
- Be a resource on the floor for all things quality—your knowledge keeps us sharp and on track
- Report non-conformances and follow through on corrective actions to make sure the fix sticks
- Detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accuracy and consistency
- Prior experience in quality assurance or food safety is preferred, but we’ll train the right person with the right mindset
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and food manufacturing environments is a big plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay focused, and juggle multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable working in cold/wet production areas as part of your daily routine
- Solid communication skills—you’ll need to speak up, speak clearly, and speak confidently
- Willingness to work various shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
Compensation
: $19 - $25 hourly
